Contemplative Collaborations

This January, we invite you to come and experience the Contemplative Collaboration Project. Collaborations will be on display, rotating through a special gallery space we are creating right here in the Worship Center starting on January 10. Then, on Friday, January 30 at 7:00 p.m. you can experience all the collaborations together and hear from some of the artists. Please join us as we celebrate the creative nature we inherited from our Creator.

Over 20 artists created together to complete ten works that illuminate our real and active relationship with our Creator.

The initial inspiration for the Contemplative Collaboration came about during the Animate Series. As a church body we began exploring how important our imagination is to our walk with God. The series incorporated poems and paintings and other works by artists from our church body. . . this inspired a special collaboration between WH artists.

Find out more about the WH Arts Collective and join in the conversation by stopping by our Facebook group.

So excited to see this exhibit. I’ve been attending WH for a couple years and would love to be more involved in the art community there.
