Movie Night: Father of Lights

The Father of Lights Film is coming to Woodland on September 28 at 7:00pm. Come to meet filmmaker Darren Wilson, see some of the most amazing God encounters ever put on film, and experience the heart of God. Greg appears in the film and the event is free, but please preregister online.

UPDATE: We’ve learned that we have more people preregistered to attend than we have seating in our Worship Center. You’re still welcome to come, but be aware you may need to sit on the floor or in an overflow area.

From the filmmaker:

I went into making this film by asking the simple question: who is God? I wanted to know His character, His personality, and who He truly is. To answer this question, we had to peel back the many layers of religious garbage that has been passed onto him through generations. That He is angry. Vengeful. Wrathful. And in general, that He doesn’t like you very much. The truth, as you will see vibrantly in this film, is that He is the most loving, compassionate, and wonderful Father you can imagine.
