Community Groups (formerly called Covenant Groups) are led by several group members who assume complementary roles according to their gifts and skills. Everyone in the group plays a role. Included in the roles is a Leader who assumes responsibility for keeping the group on track, attending leadership meetings and communicating with the Group’s Coach and Pastor.
Requirements: Community Group Leaders have experienced life in a Community Group, are Covenant Partners (or at least in the process) and have led a short-term Adventure group. Leading a short-term adventure group is a great way to get your feet wet and meet some folks in your area who are also seeking growth through community.
