Wednesday Echo Service
During the school year 7th-12th grade students gather on Wednesday evenings at 6:30-8:00 p.m. We start out with worship and teaching, followed by a hang out time in our team rooms. If you’re new to Echo, this is a great time to visit and learn what we are all about.
Journey Groups are small groups designed for deeper spiritual exploration and relational community. Each Journey Group includes students, a student leader and an adult leader. Younger Journey Groups (7-9 grades) are same gender and older Journey Groups (10-12 grades) are same gender or mixed, based on the student’s preference. Journey Groups for meet immediately after Echo services, from 8:00-9:00 p.m. on Wednesday nights. All groups kick off the year at the Journey Group Retreat in October.
Download the Journey Group Application (PDF) or pick one up at the Info Desk or team rooms.
Students in grade 9-12 are invited to apply for the Student Catalyst Team. Student Catalysts are part of the Echo leadership team, serving alongside staff and adult volunteers to help give leadership to their ministry.
Catalysts help in the planning and development of service and events. They help lead journey groups for 7-8th grade students as well as their peer groups. Catalysts give time each week to volunteer, help implement the Wednesday and Monthly Sunday Echo gatherings and meet once monthly with their staff mentors.
