Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a widely practiced therapeutic approach that offers helpful practices and exercises to help us grow. As we learn to accept the stream of our thoughts and our emotions, we are more able to seek first the loving reign of the Kingdom of God and put that love into action living out the values of the Kingdom.
In this four-week class we will briefly consider the six core principles of ACT, particularly focusing on diffusion and values-committed action.
This class will help you take important steps toward transformation into Christlikeness through the renewal of your mind. Come ready to learn, pause and reflect as we invite Jesus to help us find rest, inner freedom and purpose.
