Be Still and Know: Contemplative Practices for Chaotic Times
Start Date: Oct 21, 2021
Jesus teaches us to be anxious for nothing, but in prayer, make our requests known to God. However, for many people, praying actually adds more anxiety than relieves it. In this class, we’ll look at contemplative prayer practices to help us identify what’s causing some of our anxieties, slow down, re-center in Christ, and gain Kingdom perspective for the struggles all around us everyday.
Thursday evenings, 7-8:30pm CT
