Join us in a small group format to explore healing from heart wounds and loss through Scripture and mental health principles. Groups are led by trained facilitators.

Tuesday nights, 6:30-9pm

Class Format: Online via Zoom
Duration: 6 weeks
Instructor(s): Kathleen Keller and Ruth Dalman

Kathleen is a certified trauma healing facilitator through the Trauma Healing Institute and has a passion for helping people in their healing process. She has been a part of WH for six years, is a co-facilitator of the Care Ministry Healing Journey group, and is part of the Sunday morning prayer team.  By day she works as an accountant for a non-profit, and she lives with her family and two cats in Maplewood, MN.

Ruth Dalman worships across ethnicities by attending Epiphany Covenant Church (South Minneapolis) and Resurrection Anglican (Brooklyn Center).  She is a certified trauma healing facilitator with The Trauma Healing Institute. Before retirement she assisted and advocated at several restorative homes for sex trafficked women. She was a professional librarian working in various types of libraries over 20 years. She is motivated by the wonder of how God’s Spirit continues to change lives of hurting individuals from the inside out. Her nest was blessed with three children now on their own. She abides with her husband in Brooklyn Center.

"I am a podrishioner that just wanted to say thanks for sharing Woodland Hills through podcasts and videos. This is my place to get a spiritual refill, and it’s where I get most of my teaching from. Since I've starting following you four years ago, my view on God, myself and other people has radically been changed. Thanks so much, and keep sharing the Kingdom!"
