In this four week program we will look at how scripture and science tells us how to be “Our Best”, even in the midst of trials, challenges and a crazy world. Being our best self, embracing who God made us to be, helps us to use our hearts, minds, time and energy wisely – everyday – and allows us to authentically show up as a spiritual friend and Kingdom voice in this world.

She has Masters Degrees in Pastoral Counseling and Human Development. Mostly she has a passion to help individuals “Discover and Live in Their Divine Freedom in Christ”, walking, working and living their best selves.
