Learn how to create healthy relationships. Join our group to learn how to express your feelings in a positive way and know it is okay to say “no” without feeling guilty. Learn to change and control the one thing you can: yourself. We cover boundaries, care-taking, codependency, communication and most everyday issues that affect your relationships.
