Welcoming a New Partner Organization into our Building!

Posted on

This spring, we invited a new partner organization to move into our building! Voice in the Wilderness, a non-profit founded in 2012 by two Congolese Americans, gives aid to humanitarian efforts in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and helps new refugees who have moved to Minnesota. Many refugees who settle here are fleeing extreme violence and unrest in the DRC and need support to achieve stability and healthy integration. Please join us in welcoming them into our space and supporting their efforts.

    Greetings!
I am a 23 year member of Woodland Hills Church. I also have 20 years of experience with (6th through 12th grade) students from around the world, with graduating from a number One High School in Minnesota. Many of these students were from Africa.
Today these past students are currently working in the fields of Teaching, Nursing, Fire Fighting, Clerical, Management, Retail,Transportation and more.
When I heard that Woodland Hills Church is opening their doors to people of The Congo I wasn’t surprised, but I felt that I could be of use. I have found people of Africa to be eager, serious learners.
If I could be of use, in anyway please contact me.

"I am a podrishioner that just wanted to say thanks for sharing Woodland Hills through podcasts and videos. This is my place to get a spiritual refill, and it’s where I get most of my teaching from. Since I've starting following you four years ago, my view on God, myself and other people has radically been changed. Thanks so much, and keep sharing the Kingdom!"
