Echo Echo Awards Night Recap

Posted on

The “Echo Echo Awards” is the last Echo service before they shift into Summer Mode! It’s a time to celebrate the students and all the amazing ministry that happened throughout the year.

In April, the Echo leaders passed out ballots for students to nominate other students for various awards (best attendance, most likely to travel the world, most competitive in a group game, etc.) The student with the most votes in each category wins an award (a little trophy with their name, category won, and year on it).

The event includes worship, awards and some highlight reels, followed by a time to pray for the seniors who have just graduated school, and now Echo. The night ends with an after party with time to hang out and have root beer floats. Oh, and everyone dresses fancy.

"I am a podrishioner that just wanted to say thanks for sharing Woodland Hills through podcasts and videos. This is my place to get a spiritual refill, and it’s where I get most of my teaching from. Since I've starting following you four years ago, my view on God, myself and other people has radically been changed. Thanks so much, and keep sharing the Kingdom!"
