Seasonal Partnerships

God blessed us with a very large building, and since the day we stepped foot in it, we have felt God calling us to offer it to local organizations to use for their short-term or event-based needs. Some of the organizations we regularly partner with in this way are:

Project Home

The Ramsey County family shelter is nearly always filled to capacity, so faith communities help meet the need for extra space for 1-2 months a year. We are one of a number of east metro faith communities who open our doors to provide emergency shelter for families a month at a time in collaboration with Interfaith Action of Greater Saint Paul.

For more information, please visit the Project Home web site. Or, sign up to be a Project Home volunteer (we normally host in March and April each year).

Salvation Army Toy Shop

Every Christmas season, the Twin Cities Salvation Army provides toys to children who may not otherwise receive Christmas gifts. Woodland Hills serves as one of a few locations throughout the metro that hosts their Toy Shop program. In 2016 the program served and brought joy to around 18,000 Twin Cities children and their families!

For more information please visit the Salvation Army Toy Shop website.

School District 622

Our building is one of only a few facilities within the district that can hold ALL of the school district’s staff at one time – about 1300 teachers!  We welcome their large and small group meetings into our building and are honored to have them as a collaborative community partner.

For more information please visit the ISD 622 web site.

We’re proud to partner with these organizations to serve our community!

"For so many years, I have been blessed by your music ministry. It takes me to a place that evokes so many emotions and feelings: gratefulness; honor; love; joy; hope; peace; strength. My heart feels connected to the heart of God over and over again as we worship together."
