Election Eve: Keeping Perspective

• Dan Kent, Greg Boyd, Shawna Boren

Leading up to and throughout this election season, many of us have been experiencing a wide range of emotions—things like fear, anxiety and frustration.

It can be easy to lose perspective, which is why on “Election Eve”, we held a special service, all about keeping our eyes fixed on King Jesus and his Kingdom, no matter the outcome of the election.

We want to remember who we belong to, where our citizenship is, and that our real hope is in Jesus—not in any particular candidate, political party or government.

Thank you for this service. I have been attending your church since the early 2000’s . We have since moved out of state but I always come back to Woodland Hills online when I need a safe church experience. I appreciate you all. Blessings from Oregon.

"We just started attending last summer and we love it! This past weekend the music was so beautiful, I felt the Holy Spirit there and wept the entire time. And then the message on relationships spoke right to my own struggles. God is here."
