St. Paul’s first snowfall didn’t deter our Corner Shelf crew from bringing their Halloween Costume A-game!
Paula Bowlby, Outreach Associate Pastor, said, “Little did I know when I planned The Corner Shelf’s Halloween dress-up contest that we would have extreme weather conditions. But would it really be a Halloween in Minnesota without rain, sleet, snow and wind? I think not! We have a wonderful contingent of volunteers and staff, everyone was in great spirits and the clients loved it.”
