5.4 Hideout small group leaders build relationships with the children in their class, helping them connect to each other, the lesson and worship. After worshiping and participating in a lesson together with the kids, small group leaders facilitate a group discussion based on a series of questions and topics about life, faith and their relationship with God. No preparation is needed to be a small group leader.
