Children’s Team Leader

A Team Leader is an adult who ministers to a specific age group of children in Early Childhood or in Elementary. Your role is to create a relational connection point with children on Sunday mornings in Heroes Gate through caring interactions, verbal encouragement and leadership. You also help facilitate team activities during large group teaching times. Team Leaders model Woodland’s values of Christ-like love and right-relatedness, so children see how to connect with others in Christ-like relationship as well. No experience needed and no prep required.
