Heroes Gate in-person children’s ministry is committed to creating a fun, safe and loving place for kids to learn about Jesus! To simplify your morning, you can pre-register your kid(s)!

Before You Arrive
- HG Pre-Check: HG Pre-Check: Totally get it—getting out the door for church can be chaotic. Set your family up for success by pre-registering your kids for church! That way, when you get to church, all you need to do is sign in, and you’re ready to go. Pre-Check opens on Mondays at 9am each week. If you prefer to check-in in person, that is just fine too.
When You Arrive
Check-In
- Entrance for Families: For parking, you may enter through Door C, which is on the Plaza Theater side of the building for direct access to the Children’s Ministry. However, feel free to park wherever you would like. Once inside, WH staff and volunteers will be happy to assist you.
- Drop Off Times: The children’s ministry is open for drop off from 9:50am-10:10am for our 10:00 service. Please plan on arriving during this time, as doors will be secured afterwards. If you miss a drop-off time, activity bags will be available in the Gathering Area and your kids can join you in the Worship Center for the main service.
- What to Expect: Our volunteers and staff will help you find your name tag and drop your child off in their assigned classroom.
- Safety and Security: All HG volunteers and staff are background-checked and trained before they start volunteering—so know that your kids are in safe hands.
- Every weekend at Check-In, your family is assigned a random, alpha-numeric code that is on your child’s name tag and your security tag. You will use your security tag to pick up your child in their classroom after the service. In the event that your child needs you before service is over, we will text the number you provided at check-in.
During the Service
- Please have your cell phone with you and available – if your child needs you, this is how we will contact you.
- Please keep your parent tag with you, as you’ll need it to pick up your child at the end of the service.
- Please do not leave the building while your child is in our care.
After the Service
- Please pick up your child showing your parent receipt.
