I See Fire

• Jeremy Jernigan

Jeremy discusses other-centeredness and how our worldly definition of success differs from the Kingdom definition. He starts by examining the moment of clarity that we get when we “see fire,” or when emergencies arise – do we put on our own oxygen mask first, or do we take care of those around us first, at our own possible peril? The world (and airline safety speeches) tell us to take care of ourselves first, and only after that to worry about those around you. But Jesus tells us something different. wh-bug

  1. Hi,

I have been a member of “The Table” for several yrs, since living in France since 2002, but we moved back to the Twin Cities last yr and we came the the movie night last night and I wanted to post a thank you to the church, but couldn’t figure out how to log in. I saw your name on several recent posts so I figure you know how 🙂

Any ideas? It would seem you would want to make easy for people like me, that way you could reach the lowest ability people.

    Thanks very much,

    God Bless

    Hi Craig,

Thanks for the message and thanks for being a part of WH all these years, even from afar! I’m sad to say that we’ve discontinued support for The Table. Sorry to disappoint. The best way to get a hold of us is through email at info@whchurch.org. You can also join the wider conversation by following our Facebook page, facebook.com/woodlandhillschurch, and interacting with people there.

Let me know if there’s anything else I can do to help!

    Take care,
    Connor

"The sermons and MuseCast have been so encouraging regarding the series on Revelation. Thanks for all the time you spend bringing it all together, and also for the music teams who have been absolutely amazing, the way they work together bringing us into wonderful worship times."
