The only explanation for why Noah built the ark is because his faith enabled him to expect the unexpected. Any rational person operating on common knowledge, would have though he was crazy! Noah’s faith caused him to expect the unexpected, but that is not all. It motivated ACTION. He actually went ahead and built an Ark even though it did not seem reasonable to the natural mind.
