Light in the Darkness

Often, people with anxiety or depression don’t feel like getting out, but a support group has shown to be a very helpful way to address this.

In fact, we just put up a story on our blog highlighting one participant’s experience being part of the group, Light in the Darkness.

Join us as we support one another and learn new ways of dealing with anxiety and depression.

This group meets in-person at Woodland Hills, Mondays at 6:30pm. No sign-up needed!
