Each year leading up to Christmas, Heroes Gate (Woodland’s children’s ministry) decorates Christmas trees with mittens, teddy bears and red circle ornaments. Though the trees are beautiful, they serve a much greater purpose than just spreading holiday cheer. Each ornament represents a gift for a child in need. Recipients include WH attendees, The Refuge, The LIFT, Close to My Heart (preschool), Voice in the Wilderness, and other ministries. Read More

During Wednesday Together on December 11, we will transform the Gathering Area into craft central with all the supplies needed to make 40-60 no-sew fleece blankets for our neighbors in need.
