Mark is Director, Empowering Leaders (EL) Division, Novo, overseeing EL Novo staff serving in the U.S. and around the globe to develop national ministry leaders, catalyze church growth and facilitate disciple making movements.
Melinda serves with Orphanos, a ministry providing care for orphans. She provides training in TBRI (Trust Based Relational Intervention) to Orphanos’ global partners and to U.S. ministries dedicated to serving fatherless kids.
