It’s a bit of an understatement to say Summer was a bummer. Now that Fall’s here, days are shorter, nights are longer and many of us are feeling the unpleasant fog of 2020 even more. We might feel “down in the mouth,” even if our frowns are hidden behind patterned masks. The weight of the world is pretty heavy these days as the news regularly reminds us.
